#1
If I read it correctly, Missouri Univesity not accepting undergrad online degree for their master programs. I encountered this while applying for their master program. Here is the screenshot

I think it's probably worth calling and talking to admissions. It seems like an odd limitation considering that some very prestigious schools now have online programs.

Doubly odd as it seems like they have online degree programs themselves:

NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

Does this have something to do with foreign students being able to study in the US? (If you got a visa for undergrad, it should be "easier" to get one for grad school.) It sounds like they possibly haven't updated their application process since adding their own online degrees.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

How would they know that one's degree was completed online? It's not like every diploma says hey this degree was completed on line. I mean if you attend PUG or WGU then yeah it's an online degree but for UMPI and U of Cumberlands there's no way to know.

For international students to get a visa to study in the US, I believe at least 3/4 of the classes must be in-person. It may be more than that. This question may be asking "did you already jump through the hoops needed to get an undergrad study visa or do we need to do more work?" but it's not clear. If that's what they're asking, they should ask that and not weird questions that wouldn't apply to US residents & citizens anyway.

Are you assuming that this is a question for international students? I have applied to colleges and been asked if I completed a degree in the US. The question wasn't for international students but for everyone as a bachelor's from the US was a requirement for the master's degree admissions.
