i just found out about this forum and need some help figure out how to finish my BA so i can enter law school in about a year.
i have currently 52 credits from a community college and 12 credits from a french clep  total of 64. ( got these credits 10 years ago...)
there are no prerequisites for law school they will accept any BA.
i need to know what is the fastest and cheapest way to finish.
from what i read, it looks like excelsior is the way to go but i m open to any suggestions.
i will prefer taking test (cleps) than attending class or take online classes.

Any advise?
Thank you in advance

Apply to both.  Excelsior College BS in Liberal Arts is still the most flexible.  You will need to take more DSST exams for UL credits.  Both colleges will review you differently.  I applied to all three in 2017 myself.

Every one of us has different credits and backgrounds.  All three of the Big 3 will evaluate YOUR credits differently.  You will never really know how close you are until they evaluate your transcripts.  I applied to all 3.  My same credits was needing 27 more to do at TESU or only 4 at Excelsior College to finish a degree.  Every story will be different.

Sociology (CLEP)
Macroeconomics (CLEP)
Microeconomics (CLEP)
US Govt (CLEP)
Psychology (CLEP)

US Hist 1 (CLEP)
US Hist 2 (CLEP)
(I needed all the previous tests to be able to take Social Studies & History. They could be taken in any order, although I would recommend starting with Sociology and then Psychology. As Macro & Micro are harder exams, I would recommend taking them after the two History exams.)
Social Studies & History (CLEP)*
English Composition (ECE)
Statistics (DSST)
College Algebra (CLEP)
Humanities (CLEP)*

I'm trying to finish my degree within a year. And I think excelsior or one of the big three will be a good fit. I want to  be a pilot so my degree type doesn't matter. I am currently going to community college and it would take me an extra semester to get my bachelors. I guess I wanted to know if I transfer in with upwards of 100 credits how do I know which ones. I was looking at their liberal arts bachelor and it just seems likes it a bunch of ll classes and only a few ul classes. how much money would I be spending to get my last 20ish credits from here? is the process smooth?
CLEPS I have taken
biology
management
us history I
us history ii
American government

@preetpatel Best way to know is to actually get an evaluation done at TESU, COSC or Excelsior. I believe TESU will do an evaluation even prior to being formally enrolled. So, you could just check. As for the cost of getting the final 20 credits, at TESU, two 3-credit courses are mandatory: SOS-110 & the Capstone. Both cost about $ 1100 each. Then you will pay the residency waiver of $ 2500 & graduation fee of $ 332. Apart from all this, you will need to think about earning the remaining 14 credits from other course providers like study.com etc. Depending on what requirements you need to fulfill, those course prices will vary from being completely free of cost to a few hundred dollars.

Nice Roadmap from EC.

I used the DSST Exam on Ethics
I did the easy EC INL 102 1 Credit course in two long days.

You need 11 SH in business electives:  Many CLEP/DSST exams for that.
