For what it's worth, WVU Parkersburg apparently offers a BOG AAS.  No idea of the cost, but the basic requirements are here.

Sure, but one needs to complete 3 credits with them. This could also become a thing for Pierpont after the merger.

UPD. Well, it appears that they charge $1074/3 credits for out-of-state students. Nah.

The bill passed the Education Committee is is now headed to House Finance. Supposed to take effect July 1 if it goes all the way.

It takes few days for your new account to propogate throughout the system.  You can call the Pierpont tech support line, but it's rarely staffed.  You can email them as well, but if you do get a response, I don't think it'll be very helpful.  In my experience, they aren't familiar with the BOG program and will pepper you with questions like "are you registered for any classes for the Spring semester", etc.

It took about about a week for me to be able to get into ROAR, Gmail was a day or two after that.
