OK, I think I'm getting ready to take this CLEP; I've been studying the cards for a couple of weeks now. Like the guy above me, I was terrible at math back in High School, and havent touched it in 14 years or so since I passed Algebra (second go round). All of the basics are clicking after studying here, and a few other resources (purplemath, dr math, clep-info).
Just a couple questions:
Is there any good practice test I should try before I go, that would give me a good indication of where I stand?
Everyone says you should REALLY know functions; I dont really know what that means. I got the basics down (I think), at least as far as what is covered in the two sections here...is that what I need?
Thanks for any advice...I NEED to pass this stupid test, and be done with math FOREVER!!! Haha not really, but at least for a while...
