I am not quite understanding the credit transfer you listed below. If my GEO-101 "Principles of Geo" was a 4 credit course how does that equate to 2.66 credits? If the TESC course PSY-101 "Intro to Psyc" is 3 Credits and you say my PS-100 counts as 2.66 credits what happens to the .33 remaining credits? Do I get credit for the course or still need additional credits to makeup the difference?


Also, I really can't figure out which is going to be more cost effective for me to go with TESC or ECE? My goal will be to take as many CLEP,DSST,SL, etc tests and avoid what I believe to be the higher cost ECE test costs/classes.

Quarter hours are reflected in your OP. There are still schools on the 1/4 hour system, but more common today is the semester hour system. They simply don't usually transfer in hour for hour (though COSC took mine without any problem, class for class). For your stated goal I think TESC is your best bet. There are several degree plans over on the wiki that you can use as a guide: TESC Degree Plans - Degree Forum Wiki The biggest cost benefit you will see is that you can use free FEMA for your free electives. EC charges for them. TESC also accepts more CLEP/DSST/SL at the Upper level for the BSBA than either EC or COSC. If starting from around 12 credits I would choose TESC hands down, no question.
