@Yana - What made you decide on TESU for your first degree? TESU didn't have rave reviews either back then, nor does it now... It's a public/state university, it "does" the job for getting that first bachelors. When I found out about the Big 3 two dozen years ago, I wouldn't have gone for any as you can transfer in 100% of the degree into their programs, meaning, not taking any courses!
I would say the same about California Southern, they were DEAC and now Regionally Accredited, they have a couple of doctorates, mainly undergraduate degrees, with a few Masters as well. Reviews are just that, it's like an external ranking, I only view them as additional info, it doesn't determine what I choose from. I look for cost, ease, speed, and also look at the extra ROI/Value it brings...
Even if you're not going for licensure and you're an international student from another country, it won't really matter, it's just advice to check for requirements just in case X university requires something for entrance requirements. Universities all have different requirements, most of them are "general" some have additional ones... If I guess correctly, you just want the "Dr"...
