@bobsleigh, Since you have a couple of associates previously... You really don't need the Pierpont BOG AAS if you already know your Bachelors or Masters end goal. You should have an action plan in place of what you're trying to do and work towards the end goal in an orderly yet systematic fashion.

I would only get the associates if it's in another area of emphasis and it doesn't take you any extra energy, money, time to get the degree. For your end goal - You want to get there by making sure the prerequisites are all completed for the Masters when you complete your Bachelors degree...
