It's not a real university. It's not recognized by the Swiss government as a university. It operates like any for-profit company. Read these investigations into it: https://fr.news.yahoo.com/%C3%A0-gen%C3%...07073.html

You must be confusing it with the Geneva Graduate Institute, which is a real university in Geneva specializing in international relations and diplomacy.
