It seems that today, ENEB has introduced UNISEB. In an email, they mentioned the Namencis Education Group (https://namenciseducation.com/). A quick look at their website shows all their partner schools: European Higher Institute of Barcelona (ISEB), European School of International Education (ESIE), European Institute of Senior Management (IEAD), European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB), and Oakford International Language School.
It appears they are now claiming they will convert your ENEB diploma to a university-specific degree. This looks like a way to change your Título Propio degree from ENEB/UI1 to a UNISEB/UI1 degree, as detailed here: https://eneb.com/convunisebusd/.
I personally think it's best to wait until May for "Red Friday" or whatever the equivalent Spanish sales event is, and pick up these programs for a low price, often around $99. After completing them, I'd get the diploma validated by a credential evaluation service like FCE (Scholaro) and then use the credits elsewhere.
In my opinion, all these Título Propio degrees are about the same as a U.S. nationally accredited degree. While they might not be as widely accepted as a Título Oficial Master's Degree, ENEB is a good option for cutting down on the work required to complete a program at a regionally accredited institution. Ultimately, the value of this ENEB/UI1 degree depends on where you live and what your specific goals are.
