Ok, if I remember correctly, the blue is the amount you got from the assessment, then it adds on a green section for the new sections you complete, until you take another assessment, then it recalculates the blue section based on the new assessment. In the new assessment it can ask you questions on areas you have already mastered. The goal is to get the blue to be a 70% or above.
