there is prejudging @ 11 which I think takes about 3-4 hours. Then we all come back from 6-10 for the night show to find out how everyone did.
If I place in good standings I am definitely sending this to the alumni news section of the Excelsior newsletter. If I don't...hey....at least I can call myself a fitness competitor, win or lose.
I can't wait to hear all about it! Go get em! :hurray:
P.S. For many years I coached a culinary arts hot food competition team. Chef coats are kind of a big deal, but we competed in $10 coats and won gold medals often. LOTS of $150 jacket-wearing teams finished at the bottom. So, if you can't bring it, I guess you can buy it, but that doesn't fool anyone
