I got an email a couple of days after requesting the transcript saying it had been sent, and I think TESU got it a week later.
It's all done via snail mail (don't ask me why!!!) instead of ACE's electronic method, so it will take longer for the delivery.
I think there was a problem and you should contact Study.com again.
