If I was going to start from scratch, I would do WGU. It's probably going to be your cheapest option. You can first plan out a degree with them using 30cr that are harder to find or required to take through them, then find the cheapest/fastest/easiest ways to get the other 90cr.
Do those 90cr first, then apply, make sure everything transfers as planned, and then you are set to start. You can finish the rest in a single 6-mo term for like $3,500.
