You can skip the application for graduation and paying the residency waiver for the AA. But leave it in your program list, don't worry about it and leave it as it is for now. This way, you can get the Bachelors degree and when you're done, you get the AA free without even thinking about it... Put all your energy/money/time on planning and completing the Bachelors but be happy that you get the AA en route to the BA free.
