Degree advice for my son

Ok, I posted in Jan. but still trying to figure this out. My son is a train wreck educationally. He has adhd/dyslexia and a poor GPA 1.7. We've poured way too much money in his college education and at this point he needs an accredited degree from somewhere. He wants to go to flight school and the degree concentration doesn't matter apparently. He's applied to TESU (waiting on eval.), Florida Tech (waiting on eval.), Liberty (unofficial eval accepted 33 cr.), Embry Riddle (won't take him at this time due to GPA) and considering Charter Oak (haven't applied yet, no fee waiver).  He has 43 credits passed with C or higher and 22 credits worth of D's! Is his best bet Charter Oak since they will take the D's? He's trying to get an Associate in something and move on to flying. He spent this semester at the local community college and earned a whole 3 cr! Thanks in advance for the advice!
