Is there anyway to find out what CLEP test centers are open? Anyone know of any testing centers open anywhere?
I called CLEP customer service and they said they have no plan to move the CLEP online at this time because you need a proctor and everything. Plus it is not like AP which is one day a year this is anytime.
I'm kind of in a tricky situation and if I can't take this CLEP and pass then I might not be able to graduate or I do graduate I would have pay an extra $1000 dollars or more or push everything back a whole semester. It is complicated but I need to take the CLEP by the beginning of June or risk having to figure out other options.
I know it is not good for me to put so much pressure on the CLEP but this wasn't the plan before COVID and also I'm very confident I can pass this CLEP. I'm actually retaking it because I already got above a 50 but this school requires a slightly higher score then I got when I initially took the CLEP years ago. So I know that if the testing centers were open I would have no problem passing it and getting the credit with the score needed.
