Yep. I don't get it. I don't work at any university. But I've seen it said in different places that AP is worth more than CLEP. However, if I've read Modern States correctly, anyone can take an AP exam; not just HS students. It's just that most HS grads choose to take CLEP or don't know that (re)taking the AP is even possible.

I don't know how you would ever find a high school that would allow an outsider to come in and take the exam with their students. You can't even get into our high school. You have to buzz the window outside of the building and they come talk to you at the window to see what you need. If you're allowed in you are escorted directly to the office you need to go to and you're never left alone.
