Many grad schools will specify that you need a minimum grade for those courses, usually a C.
If they don't specify, then I think they're more likely to accept ungraded credit, especially if it's on a school transcript.
But often it will be up to those running the program. Even if they specify a grade minimum, you could ask. I would ask at the school(s) you're interested in before you start.
Some advanced math can be found at community colleges, in-state schools, or cheap online schools.
