For "easy" LL or UL, I generally tell people to look at a few things. Interest in the subject matter is the main thing and the following, lessons/quizzes, assignments if any. Generally if the student doesn't like the subject, it'll be a bore and snore, they'll go through the course slowly. I don't suggest having too many courses open at once, maybe at max 2-3 and try to take courses that have overlapping content.
