their non competency based Business degree doesnt say that they have specialisations, is that correct?

Please note that ExcelTrack requires you to have 3 years of relevant work experience before you can enroll and considering you're only 19, I don't think that they would accept you for ExcelTrack. It's unclear whether or not this requirement can be waived or not. If you do find out that it can in fact be waived, please share on the forum.

I just saw the link posted earlier sorry for asking again i figured it out by myself, so as far as I know it looks like UMPI is the one checking most of the boxes

UWFlex could have worked, unfortunately they don't take international students. UMPI you can do all of the credits to transfer in, and apply as soon as your 20th birthday arrives.

Wait you're telling me UWFlex is hackable and would be possible If I was in the states?
