Passed DSST Intro to Computing with only about 2 hours of IC flashcards + taking the 3 free Peterson practice tests (highly recommended). Finished in 20 minutes and got a 455.
I knew a lot going in, as I am a self-admitted semi-nerd and work in a field related to computers. That said, there were some things I had to learn: programming terms, networking terms, some basic history. Once you have that down, it's a cinch. I'm pretty sure I would've still passed going in cold.
If you aren't familiar with computers, I do recommend studying heavily.
