TESU not accepting straighterline email transcript

I just had TESU tell me that they are no longer accepting an emailed transcript from StraighterLine. Has anyone else had this happen? 

They referred me to https://www.tesu.edu/current-students/Se...cripts.cfm and I did does not show ACE as an acceptable version either.

Any help?
