You know, I have a similar story. I spent over a month going through the hassle of getting a correct evaluation completed with a school. During that time I heard about this board and found TESU. Sometimes those challenges/delays redirect us to something better.
As far as Liberty, I used to live in Roanoke and they do have a great reputation in the area. That name recognition will go a long way if you stay in the area. Probably further than any of those other schools.
