In fact, I just finished the mandatory Personal Finance course. It looks like they do them in batches and aim for the start of the month. I assume this is because the scholarships provide 2 exams per month, so it's easier for students when the scholarships are tied to a fixed monthly schedule. I've also seen some posts to suggest that the count of monthly exams are reset on the 1st regardless of the day of the month you signed up, so this may be meant to maximize available exam time as well.

I emailed them to ask, because I couldn't handle not knowing. They confirmed that they batch process the last day of the month.
I should mention before I forget, the support member also suggested that if I didn't receive it, I should apply again for the next batch, almost eluding to nearly everyone who submits gets it.

I can only remember one person reporting here that they didn't get it.
