Yeah! They say that to cover themselves. But you should receive your email within 24 hours, and your certificate within 2 weeks.
That was my experience anyway.
It's the email that is important. The certificate is literally just a computer generated little slip of paper, much like a receipt! You only need the email to proceed with the transfer of the credit to the FCC transcript (and $60 of course)
