I'm afraid that applying/enrolling only locks in the catalog. Transfer equivalencies can change at almost any time, and while they have in the past given some grace for people who were in the process of transferring a course in, there's no guarantee that they will grandfather you for anything.
Ahhh ok. That’s what I feared. I guess even though I am at 26 (Soon to be 29) credits, it’s best for me to apply as early as possible?
