Rio Salado Community College, Ariz., raises online prices $85 to $250 credit

I converted 30+ credits with them at $42 per credit hour.  But.... they have an agreement with Texas for peace officers.

Highline College will convert 20 credits for all out-of-state cops, corrections offiers, and MP officers for only $140 total. 

Americans need to learn to shop around for education and use goggle.  The US higher-education system is a racket.

Excellent new information - I haven't heard of Highline before. Looks like they also to cheap language tests for Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, French and Mandarin for 5-10 credits: https://placeandtest.highline.edu/tests/stamp/
