Possible Career Change - Advice Needed

Have you thought about roles in training, curriculum development, or educational consulting? Your ability to communicate effectively and manage diverse groups could be assets in these fields.

You mentioned the medical field, and phlebotomy is a great example. It offers a 22% job outlook, meaning there's a growing demand for phlebotomists. It could be a rewarding career change, allowing you to work directly with patients and make a positive impact on their healthcare experience.

Interesting, good advice/info, but... You're quoting yourself, and I'm thinking your next or third post is going to be a repeat... or your next post may be something with links or spam.

take some career assessments to help narrow options and consider signing up for coursera-style classes orBootcamps in high-demand fields to gain new skills and contacts.

I'm in the semiconductor industry and equipment suppliers always need trainers to teach customers, and field service. A BS in any technical field would help. Our industry is expanding and 100K is consider on the lower end. Intel, TSMC, Samsung have huge expansions underway. So allot of opportunity right now. Relocation might be necessary however Veeco is in NJ.
