TESU doesn't accept ACE transcripts of Study.com courses?

That's strange. They accepted all of my Study.com credits on my ACE Transcript..but that was at the beginning of 2017. This must be a very recent development.

WOW....that is super weird. What could either of them gain by doing that? Particularly TESU, if it's true that they are the one's that are requiring this.

It does a couple of things. First it makes the procedure the same whether the credits are ACE or NCCRS, simplifying the procedure. Now using study.com is more like going to any other online school. Second it keeps students from having to know about anything about ACE and thereby possibly being exposed to other alternative credit providers.

Is it normal for the transcripts to take kind of a while?

I sent my first Study.com transcript to TESU (including only one course) at the very beginning of the month, stupidly letting autofill fill in most of my information. And TESU sent an automated message a week later saying my date of birth didn't match the transcript I tried to send. It was the correct date but showed 2018 as the year, I believe. So I promptly disabled autofill, put the correct information in, and resent it. About a day shy of two weeks after the automated response (being today), I haven't heard anything, and spent much of my afternoon on hold and being transferred around to different people at the offices of TESU, before someone finally told me:
they only receive Study.com transcripts in the mail now. 

Which definitely explains the wait. It's just a little frustrating. I can't be switched to the Study.com affiliate status and pay for the Capstone until a Study.com transcript gets to TESU.

I wasn't sure who else to talk to if TESU simply doesn't have it yet, so sent a support ticket to Study.com, which I apparently don't have access to view, and ended up emailing Study.com's support email, which I can only assume is probably the same thing.

TESU is very very slow. If you send your transcript to COSC, they have it added in 2 days usually. TESU is like 3 weeks sometimes

Thanks! The fact they went from electronic transcripts via ACE and NCCRS to physical mail-in ones just for Study.com is a little baffling to me, I guess is all.

Study.com got back to me to tell me (after I mentioned I'd talked to TESU people all afternoon) that my questions and concerns were best directed towards TESU, but I guess there's nothing anyone can do until they physically have the transcript in hand.

I called TESU today as well. Apparently Study.com sends a paper transcript in the mail now. Very frustrating. No way to even track it until TESU sends an automated email. They told me to call back in another week.

Frustrating beyond belief.

Study.com transcripts are now only by mail with no tracking. No way to even know when Study.com sends them out though they say within 3 business days.

I find it hard to believe that Study.com posts on their study that TESU no longer accepts Study.com ACE Transacripts on 3/16 but my transcript with Study.com from ACE received on 3/8 by TESU was rejected because it did not come from Study.com directly. I told them this and they said nothing they can do.
