I have never used anything but blackboard in my previous education. What are the main issues with moodle?

I have taught undergraduate courses at 4 Year Unis and Community Colleges. I have used Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle. Blackboard and Canvas are great and I have enjoyed using them as they are very user friendly and easy to change and update course shells. Moodle, on the other hand, is archaic. It is very difficult to do anything and it is not user friendly. It is like they designed it and then thought "whelp there it is. No changes needed to improve user experience."

It's probably because it's an open source LMS.

I can't speak to LA Tech, but I have an MBA from LSUS. It can be a challenging program depending on your strengths and weaknesses but is very doable. I have also found that people really respect it, and a few of my coworkers have gone through the program after hearing about it from me. I agree that the moodle software they use is pretty bad haha. I have gotten accepted into a DBA program with this degree so it should fit your criteria.
