I like lists and this article lists the 38 Indian universities that are now offering online degrees. Most of the active members of this board may not be eligible but for some this might represent a good opportunity.
38 universities can offer online degree courses now, says UGC: Check full list with programmes here - Education Today News (indiatoday.in)

I am not sure if these are 100% online degrees. Exams will probably happen at designated locations only, and not online. India is still very skeptical about proctored online examinations.

That is pretty funny since so many proctoring services are staffed in India.

Yeah, it's a tad bit frustrating. On the other hand, it could be a misguided attempt at degree reform. Degrees in India are already pretty notorious for often not being worth the paper they're printed on due to rampant cheating and outright bribery. The good programs are very good but the bad ones are really, really bad and it's hard for an outsider to know which is which.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

That is pretty funny since so many proctoring services are staffed in India. I know. It is so funny. Recently, when Covid-19 struck India hard, the government decided to call off Grade-12 high school
Exams. I was wondering why they never for once considered the possibility of conducting it online.
