I scored a 69% on Straighterline Intro to Statistics final and I asked them if they could round it off to 70%, and they won't. If I got a 69.5% they would, but I got a 69% total. This really sucks. I don't want to pay another $125 to take it again, so I think I'll just go back to Aleks.

I hated stats. I tried aleks, and SL. I finally ended up passing with Sophia. Don't regret it for a second. It's more expensive, but you may want to look at their class. Alot of their class focuses on research design (which is easier for me), while the rest is the normal stats. Having the extra areas helped my grade alot.
Currently studying for: Still deciding.

If you still have time left on your account, you don't have to pay for it again - you can just pay for the class. But it's still more expensive than ALEKS. I hate stats too!

How did you do on the first test? I believe you can retake it again even after you have taken the final, with the chance of improving your score.

before you do- right now, like this week- go watch the Khan Academy series and take the DSST exam. The vids are free, and you probably are WAY more qualified to take the DSST than you think. Don't wait- just sign up and do it while it's fresh.

The advisor did recommend that, but unfortunately it still doesn't add up to a passing of 70%.

My billing cycle is coming on Thursday so I only have 3 days left until they would charge me, that's why I took my exam today to prevent the the renewal of the $100 fee

I looked over it, and that does seem like a better option since I still have the ability to pass without having to pass the final. I think I might do that.

I've never taken the DSST. Is like CLEP?
