ACE and GPA minimums

All I can tell you is that CLEP/DSST/ACE credits aren't graded, meaning they aren't calculated into your GPA at all. They don't lower it, they don't raise it, they do nothing.

ACE doesn't affect GPA at all. How any individual masters program will look at ACE credits is likely all over the map. Certainly they will care more about courses that are either prereqs for the program or in the AOS for your degree. How much depends on the program and the rest of your application. For example, if you're going up for an MBA, and you've already got 5-10 years of managerial experience, it probably matters little or not at all what your GPA was. Conversely, if you're trying to get a master's in accounting, but all your accounting courses were not graded, and you have little work experience, it might be a non-starter.
