ACE credits rejected from Individual Learning Account transcript

Hi all,

I completed an application for an ILA and submitted a Credly transcript with a bunch of Sophia courses on it, but apparently one of them (Introduction to Web Development CS1005), "is not accepted in transfer by TESU."

Has anyone gone through the process before and got them to add in the courses? The rejected course has an ACE badge, and I was under the impression the ILA was to simply consolidate all external college level education, even if it's not transferrable into an equivalent TESU course.

It's looking like if I want to quickly take a few more Sophia courses and resubmit Credly another transcript for the ILA, I'm gonna have to pay another $419!!!

TESU is known to reject Intro to Web Development. It is marked that way on the Sophia equivalents page on the Wiki:

It is similar to how they rejected all of the foundation courses from Sophia, as they consider as development courses and do not grant credit - they use the same criteria for the ILA and regular courses - examples:

Foundation of Statistics 2 Developmental course, no credits actually awarded
Introductory Applied Math (no longer offered) 1 Developmental course, no credits actually awarded
Foundations of College Algebra (no longer offered) 0 Developmental course, no credits actually awarded
Foundations of English Composition 3 Developmental course, no credits actually awarded
Introduction to Web Development 3 N/A
IT Career Exploration 1 N/A
College Readiness 3 Development course, no credits actually awarded

Thanks for the link to the wiki, that's a handy list. 
I'm really regretting not doing a few extra Sophia courses as I literally just need these 3 credits that they reject.

$419 lesson learned.

They should change their ILA to specify that some courses may be rejected. They've got this disclaimer "It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the receiving institution’s academic policy will allow transfer of each credit." but nothing indicating that they would reject courses from even appearing on the transcript specifically used to consolidate external credits!
