Most for-profit institutions would take them as the USDOE have lumped RA/NA together, they're not trying to distinguish the two, they just want to keep things simple and say - they're accredited or institutions under RA/NA are properly authorized and regulated. Having said that, some countries and institutions still would favor RA over NA. For Newlane BA Liberal Studies with a concentration (Specialization) in Psych, you should be able to ladder into Walden MS Psych without a hitch, I would go for that instead of anything else, unless you're looking for a different concentration.
