this is one of the reasons i'm considering taking some Info Sec classes at my local CC or some grad classes as a non-degree seeking student between the time I complete my bachelors and when I plan to apply for grad school.

These are the questions that come later, and is one of the reasons why many of us tell new members to plan for their end game, not just quick or cheap.

I recommend finding a course with a professor/mentor that is respected in the industry you want to get into. You can then network with this instructor and get a LOR. I was able to do this through TESC, and received an excellent LOR from a seasoned executive.( I just put in an application recently, I'll let you know how it went.)

You can also do a course at your local college to transfer into your program, and you can then ask that professor for a recommendation, but either way, be prepared to earn that LOR.

Good luck!

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
