The BOG degree page does indeed say that you need ENGL1104, but I'm pretty sure that at least a couple of people have gotten a Pierpont degree without taking either English Comp course from Sophia (or anywhere else).

Didn't someone say that they took the Foundations of Eng Comp from Sophia and it counted along with a communications course ?

I think so, yes. That's a pretty easy course, much easier than Eng Comp I/II at Sophia.

Yes it is. For sure. I took all 3 just so I'd feel more confident jumping into the 1 and 2 courses. My youngest took foundations also.
