Need 1 cr. Nat. Sciences or Math--Recommendations?
#1
Hello Everyone--
Is there any way for me to get 1 cr. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics besides taking an Aleks course, or testing? I have 8/9 credits for that area for my degree.

Also, if the best option is to take an Aleks course, would you recommend intro to statistics over trig or vice versa?

Thanks in advance!

ALEKS is the cheapest option, but I can't give you a recommendation on which course to take since I only took Intermediate Algebra. Straighterline is another option. They offer self-paced courses that are ACE evaluated. If you haven't taken the Intro to Computing DSST, I highly recommend that. It has to be one of the easiest tests out there.

Taking either the Intro to Computing, Environment & Humanity or Astronomy DSST exams is usually the easiest option, and these exams are less work than a Straighterline course.
