Do you guys know if the Vietnam Course (History 108) fits in anywhere on the general education list for TESU? It's not listed on their page -

It works for Knowledge of Human Cultures or Gen Ed elective.

TESU won't have every course/exam you can take listed on their website - because they only list their own courses there. So, if you're transferring something in that they don't offer, you won't see it there. However, you can get a good idea of what will fit where, based on their listing. If you go to the gen ed page, and look under Knowledge of Human Cultures for instance, you will see a buttload of History courses (among other things). If you're wondering where your history course will fit, it's probably there.
