Thanks for the tip. I went to the transcript service page; did not have to login; just clicked on the Course Search hyperlink; searched for organization "ALEKS" and found them all like Jennifer said. You are right. There is something wrong with the National Guide search page. They used to be there. That's how I found my first ALEKS ACE course before I registered for ACE.

Ok... so let's say that DS completes an ALEKS course, but does not enroll until 2017, which is entirely possible given his pace. Does it mean that he wouldn't get credit if he applies after 11/16?

If a course really does expire with ACE, and someone took the course before expiration and placed it on the transcript, then the course should get credit at COSC (unless they make some big policy change at COSC about ALEKS). So the answer is that he almost surely will get credit in that case.
I don't know what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future.

First, ACE courses get renewed all the time, and most likely that course will get renewed.
Second, this is one of the reasons ACE shows start and end dates for course, and you have to put the date you finish a course on your ACE transcript; so you can always see going forward if a completed course was done during the time the course was approved (in case it doesn't get renewed).
I have ACE-approved courses from 2000/2001, where the courses are long expired, and the organization is no longer even listed on ACE; but they were ACE-approved at the time I took them. I contacted the organization, they contacted ACE, and the courses are on my ACE transcript. TESU accepted them all.
