Get your unofficial transcript from CCAF because every credit you have will be to your advantage. You don't have time to waste in duplicating courses.
I wouldn't worry about the CCAF degree at this time - you're getting something more valuable.
Also, you didn't say whether or not you want to use any CLEP/DSST exams? Do you have access? Do you want to use them? Or go entirely with Sophia/Study.com?
