Are TESU degrees accepted for masters programs?

Yes, UExcel exams are graded credits. They can also be quite difficult, so I agree with the advice to spend a lot of time studying. But, assuming you're able to do well, it'd only be something like $1300 for the available 18 credits and that's pretty good for graded RA credit.

This entirely depends on the school you want to get into. Some will care, some won't. As stated earlier, Missouri State does have some specific requirements for the program you're looking at.
