I am currently trying my best to study for this dante test, I have looked over the exam feedback forum and found some information. But as usuall there are conflicting results. For example
1. What was the type of the first telescope ever used?
2. How far is the sun from the nearest galaxy?
3. Who is considered the father of astronomy?
4. What planet does not have rings around it...your given
choices... be sure to choose Mercury!!!
5. What planet has such and such moon in its orbit?
I tired to find some of these answers to help me study and came up with different answers.
1. Is it Nimrud Lens, or Visby lenses. Is it Perspicillum? Just can't get a def answer and also who invented it? Was it Galilep or Digges?
2. Is it 60,000 light years or 2.7 million light years? Can't get a definite answer.
3. This was the worse, it is Copperncuis? Brache who I would think or is it Galileo?
4. Answer given.
5. Need to research more.
I guess I am having a really hard time figuring out what to study and what not to study, currently I am reading the Cliff notes that go through the sun and all the planets. Can anyone help or suggest other avenues? I really would like to pass this test.
Thank you so much for all your time and dedication to posters like myself who are sometimes clueless.
