Hey guys! For those who've already completed the BABA - Leadership Management what was the average completion time for completing a course? I know some courses may be longer or shorter than others but what's an est average time. The reason this is relevant to me because I work in tech and we have now went 100% virtual for the next 3 months. And I only work 4 hours a day 3 days a week. So I can dedicate as much 40 hours to the program a week. I have a total of 16 classes.

It seems like people going fast are usually able to complete 1-2 courses per week. That's contingent, of course, on the class being available during the session.

The answer is it depends. There is no magical answer. Some classes can be done in a day and others will take 2 weeks. It depends on your previous knowledge and interest in the subject. Depends how long the course content is. It's different for every course. Depends if it's an adaptive quiz class or not. Those can really slow you down. Depends on the Final Assessment and how much prep work you need or studying for the exam you need. Some courses have very SHORT papers like 3 pages and others are 15 pages minimum. Some are PowerPoints with voice recordings. Some are computer programs. Some Final Assessments require quite a bit of research along with several scholarly journal citations. If you really work it, you may be able to finish 16 classes in 2 terms if all of your classes are available when you want them.

I was able to do 10 classes in a month, but not going to lie, I was a bit of a madman with it and put in far more than 40 hours per week and felt burnt out near the end. There are likely some here who could do more for various reasons, but I imagine that some others won't have that type of time to spend and would end up doing less too.
I was told by Jessica that all classes are available all sessions now if that helps. S

It made a huge difference for me as there was no way I could have completed it in one session otherwise. The team at UMPI were extremely helpful every step of the way.

It's already been done by someone getting a BLS degree. I'll be interested to see if anyone can complete some of the heavier degrees in one term.

RA courses can take a bit longer. With one paper, two revisions, multiple quizzes and two proctored exams, possibly four weeks for a complex subject.

I am completing the BABA w/Leadership in one term taking 14 classes. My advice that I've given before, is the first thing I did was look at the final before you start the course. Work all your milestones around it and start drafting it as you go. By the time you finish the course, you will have most of your final done and you are just assembling it. Take Organizational Behavior and Leadership together, as the info relates to one another.
