Has anyone completed the bus 321 human resources class final?
It is multiple choice but I'm wondering if it is proctored?
How does it work? and is the material the quiz questions?
Nervous please help!

Currently, UMPI's exams are not proctored. The exams are multiple choice. The exams are timed. Each exam will tell you how long you have to complete the exam and there is a timer so you can see how much longer you have. The questions are not the quiz questions. There may be some that are similar to the quiz questions. The questions will come from all of the course content not the external links.

Controlling your state is significant in taking exams so take the time to release self-inflicted stress before even taking the exam. The best advice I received and listed by @ss20ts was that the quiz questions are not the same in the final exam. It was beneficial because it informed me that I needed to spend enough time understanding the answers vs. memorizing the questions. If you put in enough time for the exams, you should feel confident that you will perform well. Even if test anxiety causes you trouble, remember that you also have two attempts at acheicing a passing score of 80%. However, as mentioned, I expect you to do better than expected with proper prep.

It's alright being nervous, test anxiety crops up from time to time for everyone, you can handle it by relaxing before your exam.  I would review your quizzes and materials before doing the final exam.  Essentially for all courses anywhere, the bulk of the final exam is going to be a cumulative review of all course content, the quizzes are there just to make sure you understand the course materials and it can be used to be a simple guide informing you what you need to review most.  Don't fret, you'll do fine with proper preparation.
