I think the key thing people are missing is that it's not a "30 credit RA minimum" requirement. It's a "90 credit ACE/NCCRS/other alt credit maximum" requirement. For the vast majority of students these are essentially the same statement, but for akr680 it's not.

Yep, I agree with this assessment. I think that we should all adjust the terminology we use to reflect this. It's a 75% ACE/NCCRS limit, not a 25% RA requirement. There are several potential credit sources which are not RA but don't count against the limit.
Also, the new wording on academic evaluations has answered a lingering question of mine. We now know for sure that the 90 credit limit is per degree, not per person. All of my programs have their own independent count.

Ok, so what are you saying the other 30cr can be? What, besides Foreign credits (which are basically RA schools) is allowed?

I've closely examined my academic evaluations, and the listed ACE/NCCRS counts are substantially smaller than my own counts of non-collegiate credits in the degree plans. It appears that at least some courses reviewed by TESU themselves, through the office of professional learning review or otherwise, do not count against the limit.
For example, my BS-cybersecurity eval gives a count of 34 current ACE/NCCRS credits. By my own count, there's 43 credits of non-RA credit currently applied to that eval. That delta of nine credits corresponds to three CompTIA certifications, which TESU has evaluated as three credits each. Those certs do not have any ACE or NCCRS endorsements.

Foreign credits are the only thing I know of. Which is why I said for the vast majority of people the statements are equivalent.

The only other course that may come in is the R programming course at Study.com, the rest would need to come in from Statistics.com, I'm not sure why we're focusing on this degree though. Since you already have a degree from India, I would go for a Don Bosco MSIT instead or another similar offering at the Masters level.

What's "If Mastery Used" and it's showing $203 for the Interactive Data Visualization 3? How did you get that for cheap?! I haven't heard/read anything in regards to this... Where are you getting the discounts from?
