TESU accepted a bunch of old classes that I took in the early 2000's that I didn't think would still transfer but they did.
Is it possible to post on here the evaluation they sent me back for the Acct. Degree and see what the quickest way with and without the residency wavier? Or is there anywhere I can plug in the classes needed to finish and see where the best place to do them is? Whichever works best.
I am mostly interested in TESU but I also am not opposed to anywhere else besides really WGU (don't like the weekly phone calls). From what I gather I can take a majority of the remaining classes I need through Sophia, Davar, and a couple at Study.com if I end up paying for the residency waiver.
You can use Fireshot to capture a screenshot of your evaluation (with your personal information removed). Then you can upload it here and we can take a look.
In progress: TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
Have you considered UMPI for either their 'BA Accounting' or the 'BABA - Accounting'? I just looked quickly but I think they would utilize your existing credits better (especially since you have all the sciences and foreign language complete already) and would be likely be cheaper than TESU. Both are RA state schools located in the same northeast corner of the US.
Without the residency waiver, you'd possibly take:
SOS110 (cornerstone)
BUS421 (capstone)
PLA100 (1-credit course that can be finished in 1-2 days)
1 UL ACC class of your choice.
2 easy LL courses or ePacks of your choice. Suggested would be ART100 class and SOC-101 ePack, but it really depends on what your strengths are.
With the residency waiver, the only classes you'd have to take at TESU would be the cornerstone and capstone. You have plenty of RA credit, so you don't need more RA credit specifically, but Study.com only has 3 UL Accounting courses. You need 4 UL Accounting courses. You can either take the ACC-421 TECEP (which is reported to be difficult), take a UL class from TESU, or get a cheap UNA UL Accounting class.

I just signed up with them yesterday but haven’t sent in anything. Yesterday was the first time I have looked there. Trying to get a better understanding of how the classes work . I am under the impression that they are based more on stuff that you already are competent on, but I currently have no experience in accounting. I own a small construction business that I am thinking of getting out of but want to finish my degree first. My sister in law is a director of a pretty big company and has told me if I can finish my degree and want out of my company she can get me in there no problem.

So looking at that for the BSBA Core classes most of them can still be done through davar academy? To me that’s looking like the best value to get some done quickly for the business class subscription for $99 for 2 classes.
If you don't care that much about the accounting AoS, you have 3 UL courses for 11cr that would count towards the MAN area of the AoS if you did General Management instead. You only need 1 add'l UL course (actually just 1 UL credit) and then 2 LL courses - and if you chose 2 LL accounting courses, then you could do 1 UL course in either Finance or Marketing, and be closer (by a bit) to a degree.
You should follow the wiki to do the degree, it's correct and easy to follow.
If you want to go cheaper, you can definitely do UMPI. A month or two at Sophia will be all you'll need to get the credits and finish up your degree.

Yup. All of that is still accurate. You do have to pay additional for the exams, but RPNow is only $15 per exam. $65 total per class is cheaper than Study.com. But it can also be more difficult (and wind up costing more money as a result) than SDC because literally everything is riding on a single exam for most classes. With SDC, you also have quizzes to help offset the burden of the final exam. Then, for UL classes, you get one or more assignments. Some people prefer Davar, others prefer SDC. It's totally up to personal preference.
Forgot to mention: You don't have your oral communication requirement met. For that, you're almost certainly going to want to do Study.com's Presentation Skills in the Workplace. It's an easier entry-level course that can be completed in a weekend. No assignments, only the quizzes and the final exam. Don't do Public Speaking anywhere else. It's not necessary and Public Speaking can take a couple of months, depending on the provider.
