My "cousin-in-law" will soon be getting out of the Marine Corps and I've been talking to him about getting at least an associate degree from TESC or one of the other "Big 3". I figure he has to do about 9 exams to complete an AA. Yet it has been so long I don't remember myself the rules for using the GI Bill, especially with regards to the "Big 3". Does anyone know if the $2,600 annual fee is covered by the GI Bill? Thanks!

Probably. My enrollment fee for EC was covered by the GI Bill. I'm not a TESC student, so I can't speak from experience.
