CLEP College Algebra- any tips for using the flashcards?

I have started to go through the flashcards. I was a bit rusty in algebra since I haven't really used it for 5 years or so. I brushed up a bit last weekend using the following site: Virtual Math Lab - College Algebra

Anyhow, I am on question 20 and so far have answered 20/20 correctly...out of a total 574 flashcards. Does anyone who has been through this know any better ways to make use of the flashcards, or should I just go through all 574 of them?
