I just finished my StC classes and now I need to start at TESU. I only have to take and want to start as soon as possible. I see there is a registration deadline for 8/29 (tommorrow!). I have an approved "plan", but I have not registered for any classes. Tonight I am at least trying to sign up for the first class, "SOS-1100 Information Literacy Today". I've never been to TESU, so I am little wonky on their website, but I have added "SOS-1100" to my "plan", but have not assigned it to a term or "section". I am not sure what a "section" is. Is it possible for me to get signed up tonight? I will be calling them early tomorrow (Friday morning). There was a warning notificattion saying the dead line tomorrow is for October, but the Academic Calendar says it is for September. .

If all the SOS-1100 classes for September are full, should I try to join one that started in August that has a few seats open? I don't care about losing a month, unless I would get penalized in some way other than financial. I assume there is also not a penalty for not fininshing on time, and finishing in a later term. I think each term in 3 months, so I might only have 2 months left.

If you need help quickly, you can use the TESU Advising Expressline, which is best for questions that take less than 10 minutes. This is not the place to ask which courses fit your degree plan, as you should email advisors for that. They usually respond within 24 hours during the week.

I have signed up for classes near the deadline in the past and didn’t have any problems. I would think they should be able to get you into the SOS course.

Yep, I ended up on the Express Line. There was something wonky with their system, but the regular and express, and they could not register me for the classes. They sent me to a 3rd group that could manuially do it, and they got my 2 classes set up properly. So now I am enrolled, and everything is ready. I didn't think I would get it all done, because nothing was working and they were going to close early. They were really helpful, and now I can work on my classes. Thanks to everyone here for the help! Now I just have to get my 2 classes done.
